Kiamur does not have an aerodrome. Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport (VNS) also known as Babatpur Airport is the nearest airport to the city. It is at a located at a distance of 71 km from Kaimur. Patna airport is also close by from Kaimur. Regular flights are available from both the airports to all important towns and cities across the country.
